Shipping policy

No-one likes to have to wait for the things that they've ordered online - we feel the same! So we try our best to get most items on their way to you within a couple of days of ordering. However as we are a small, family firm who make all our products to order, it can sometimes take a little longer - please bear with us if it does!

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most deliveries, Royal Mail Tracked 24 for express deliveries, and a range of couriers for larger orders. Shipping cost varies by size of order and order value, but we always look to keep shipping costs as low as we can. See the options available during the checkout process.

Our clothing is made to order by our partner printing company in Blackburn, Lancashire and so all clothing purchases will ship to you directly from there. Clothing takes a little longer to arrive with you, but usually no more than a week after ordering. if you purchase clothing alongside non-clothing item(s) then you'll receive your order in two packages - one from us here at Hands & Hearts HQ in London and one from the clothing printers.

If you find you need to return any item(s) to us for refund or exchange, the cost and method of shipping will be your responsibility.
