This is a high quality print of my floral painting titled 'Nature never did betray the heart that loved her'. The painting is of a rose that has begun to change through age. And as it ages, new textures and colours emerge that cast a new beauty upon it. This is one of my paintings that seeks to explore the relationship between age and beauty and to challenge that beauty lives solely within youth. The title comes from the poetry of William Wordsworth.
The print edition is limited to just 25. It is printed on Hahnemuhle German Etching paper - a lovely, thick, textured paper. The print process is giclee which produces an artist-quality reproduction with deep, intense colours and tones.
The print is available unframed, which is delivered rolled in a tube. You can also choose to have it fully framed (+£100) in either black, white or brown framing with acrylic glazing. Please make your choice of framing option.
These prints are made to order and due to the nature of the process will take a couple of weeks from order to delivery.
